Booking & Cancellation Policies
A completed rental contract, legal indemnity form, and $250 refundable deposit are required to hold your date. The deposit is separate from the rental fee and is refundable within two weeks of the wedding date provided there are no damages to the barn.
We accept cash and personal checks only. A $250 refundable damage deposit is required to reserve your date. 50% of the total fee is due 6 months prior to your wedding date, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to your wedding date. Checks can be made payable to Whispering Pines Farm and mailed to 5338 County Road 804, Wedowee, AL 36278. Cash must be hand-delivered.
Cancellations more than one year before the event date receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within one year of the event date result in a forfeiture of the deposit.
