Barn Rental Fees

(Weddings)

Wedding bookings for 2024:

January and February  ........$3000

March through December..... $3800

 

This is a 2-day rental for both the Rehearsal day (from noon until midnight) as well as the wedding day (from 10:00 a.m.    until midnight).

This    rate includes tables, chairs and tablecloths (white and black) for up to 200 guests. It also includes use of table runners (several color choices), wood slices, greenery, several lantern options, battery candles, drink dispensers, galvanized coolers and trough, a hot food bar with chafing dishes, props and signage, galvanized serving pieces, cake/cupcake  stands as well as a host of other items at no additional charge.   I have a  treasure room that is full enough to ensure that you have everything you need without breaking the bank!!

Rental Fees

A completed contract as well as a legal  indemnity agreement and a $250 refundable deposit are required to hold your reservation for the specified date.   The deposit does not count toward your rental fee. It is refundable  within 2 weeks of the  wedding with no damages to the barn.  The rental fee in its entirety is due at least one month prior to your  event.  I do accept payments in the form of cash and check.  Checks can be made payable to Whispering Pines Farm and mailed to 5338 County Road 804, Wedowee, AL  36278. Cash should be hand  delivered.

Cancellation Policy

A cancellation of the event prior to one year before the date of your event will result in a full refund of your deposit. A cancellation of the event within a year or less of the  date will result in a loss of the full amount of the deposit.

I'm sorry but I no longer offer party rates.  It is impossible for me to make it look like anything other than a wedding venue .
